一、 设备参数Device Parameters

1、 供电电压(power voltage)：220VAC±10%，50/60HZ

2、 计数范围(counting range)：0-9999

二、 设备的安装(installation)

1、 从包装箱中取出设备，除去设备的外包装。(Take the equipment out from box and remove the packaging.)

2、 将设备放在平稳的桌面上。(Put the equipment on a flat and steady table.)

3、 用电源线连接设备后部的电源插座和实验室电源。(Use the power line to connect the power outlet on the back of the equipment and the power source in the lab.)

4、 开机试运行，看设备是否正常工作。(Turn on the equipment to check whether it works properly.)

三、 设备介绍(introduction of the equipment)

、 电机调速器，调整摩擦的速度，客户**次使用时，要用秒表一边调速，一边记录时间，使摩擦频率约为每运动12次越经过15秒的时间，调速后固定位置，下次开机后可以直接使用。(Motor speed controller, which is used to adjust the speed of friction.When it is used for the first time, the user should record the time with a stopwatch while adjusting the speed to make the friction frequency approximately be moving 12 times in 15 seconds. Fix the location after the speed adjustment and use it directly at the next time.)

2、 计数器，记录摩擦的次数，用户可以设置要摩擦的次数，到达设定的次数后，系统自动停止。计数器上有“RESET”按钮，每次开始试验前，需要取消仪表罩，按压一次此键来复位次数。(Counter, which is used to record the number of times of friction. Users can set the number of times of friction and the system will stop automatically when it reaches the number of times that set before)

3、 设备总电源开关。(The general switch of the equipment)

4、 启动试验开关，试验次数到达后，在未复位次数的情况下，无法启动。(The start testing switch.The equipment can’t start with full testing times if the number of times is not be reset.)

5、 停止试验开关。(The stop testing switch)

6、 压力配重砝码，配重此砝码后，摩擦轮的压力为750g。取下此配重砝码后，摩擦轮的压力为250g。(The pressure counterweight weight. The pressure of the friction wheel is 750g if the weight is used and the pressure of friction wheel is 250g without the weight.)

7、 压力砝码架锁定螺丝，移动此装置，可以调节摩擦力压力。(Pressure Weight rack locking screw. The pressure of friction can be adjusted when moving this device. )

8、 摩擦轮，试验的时候请在表面裹上白色绒布。(Friction wheel.Please wrap it up with a piece of white flannel when testing.)

四、 试验过程(testing process)

1、 打开设备电源开关。(Turn on the power switch of the equipment.)

2、 调整电机转速，使摩擦轮的摩擦速度符合标准要求。(Adjust the speed of the motor to make the friction speed of friction wheel be in line with the standard requirement.)

3、 按压计数器“RESET”按钮，复位计数次数。(Press the “RESET”switch of the counter and reset the number of times of counting.)

4、 将蘸上试验溶液的白色绒布固定在摩擦轮的毛毡上，并固定紧。(Make the white flannel with testing Solution be fixed firmly on the Felt of friction wheel.)

5、 安装试样，并固定。(Install the sample and fix it.)

6、 根据试验选择试验的压力，配重砝码。(Choose the testing pressure according to the sample and balance the weight.)

7、 启动试验。(Start the test.)

8、 当试验次数到达后，设备自动停止试验。(The equipment stop the test automatically when it reach the number of testing times )
